Event Description:

Writing is an important and powerful tool used in everyday life to express oneself and provide information to others. From simple sentence structure to the awareness of formal and informal writing, students will be able to express themselves clearly and accurately. This workshop will cover a variety of activities applicable to instructors who teach beginner through intermediate students. These activities will be woven together with the goal of creating two final products: a piece of written work and a verbal presentation. Participants will also be able to help their students understand the importance of body language and tone of voice used during the presentation.
