Excel can be used effectively for managing program data. In this training, Randy Raux, NYSED Certified Trainer and Program Manager for Madison-Oneida BOCES, will explore concepts and best practices of using ASISTS data outside of the management tools offered within the data system. Utilizing Excel basics for program data management will assist programs in taking a more exact look at their data and use the information in the program improvement process. Participants will learn how best to export data from ASISTS, move it into Excel and use basic Excel functionality to better enable the study of their data.
This 4 hour training counts toward the 14 hours of professional development requirement for all NYSED funded program staff.
